| At Northern Cal Ripken Baseball, we have dedicated ourselves
to the
development of our players skills in the games of baseball and
softball, all the while having as much fun as possible. We will stress
the ideas of sportsmanship and healthy competition as the basis for our
games and practices. We believe in the building up of the individual as
a person as much as we believe in building up the person as an athlete.
We are not here to merely help the budding superstars, but the beginners as well. We believe in playing time for all players, regardless of experience or skill level. This will show through in practice as well as games. Every player will get the same attention level in practice and in games. This will help ensure their continued growth on the field and as a teammate. After all, it takes an entire team working together to create something special. We will strive to create a community of softball and baseball players. This community will be built on respect for the game, as well as respect for all the players, coaches, parents, spectators, and umpires. We will show others how the games of baseball and softball should be played; with hard work, sweat, respect, and for love of the game. No matter if we are on the field or off the field, we are Northern Cal Ripken baseball, and we are proud of our kids and our league. Play Ball! |
