Welcome to Northern Cal Ripken Baseball! Our Mission is dedicating ourselves to the development of our player's skills in the
game of baseball, all the while having as much fun as possible. NCR is a privately funded, fully sanctioned
Baseball league for boys and girls. The History of Northern started as a little league at Castlewood Park. We are
now 1 of 3 Cal Ripken Associations in Lexington. Players range from ages 4 thru 12. NCR's season begins
with practice in March and games starting in early April. The spring season runs through June with All-Star play to follow in
the summer. NCR also has a fall league that is especially great for beginners or kids who just want to keep up with their game!
NCR has T-Ball, Rookie, Minor, Junior Major and Major.

the building up of the individual as a person as much as we believe in building up the person as an athlete.
We are not here to merely help the budding superstars, but the beginners as well. We believe in playing time for all players, regardless of experience or skill level. This will show through in practice as well as games. Every player will get the same attention level in practice and in games. This will help ensure their continued growth on the field and as a teammate. After all, it takes an entire team working together to create something special.
We will strive to create a community of baseball players. This community will be built on respect for the game, as well as respect for all the players, coaches, parents, spectators, and umpires. We will show others how the game of baseball should be played; with hard work, sweat, respect, and for love of the game.
No matter if we are on the field or off the field, we are Northern Cal Ripken baseball, and we are proud of our kids and our league. Play Ball!
